CIO Tyres is India’s First and Largest Tyre retreader, specialized in OTR Tyres, retreading from the range of scooter tyres to the largest Earthmover Tyre available in the country. The company was established in 1952 and is located in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. CIO Tyres has more than 66 years of knowledge and expertise to boast about in all aspects of Off the Road Earthmover Tyres, in addition to the numerous years of experience of its technicians and support team. Tyre Retreading costs about 25-30 percent of that of a new tyre. Depending on its operating environment, the life of a retreaded tyre can be between 60-80 percent of a new tyre. So, substantial savings can be achieved on expensive tyres, when retreading is built into fleet management policies.

While Mould Cure (Hot Retreading) is used for Retreading of All sizes of tyres, Precured Retreading option is also available for customers for tyre size upto 14.00 x 25

CIO completes an eventful existence spanning over seven decades. An occasion to look back, and trace the milestones in the successful but hard toiled journey. We have been pioneer in creating awareness of the economics of retreading, indigenous development of equipment and machinery, saving valuable foreign exchange in effecting import substitution and establishing integrated plants for OTR tyre retreading.

With changes in time CIO has introduced necessary changes both in technology and operational expansion. Our fully mechanized integrated plant came up at the Adityapur industrial area in 1978 to take care of the future needs of our customers our OTR factory at Adityapur and underwent capacity expansion in 2008.

Customer satisfaction has been our cherished motto and our dedicated team of qualified and experienced service engineers have never deviated from this.
