CIO Tyres has always been in the forefront in developing retreading facilities for the Largest OTR (off-the-road) tyre in the country and once again CIO Tyres has continued the trend by Retreading 40R57, presently the largest tyre in the country using Mould-Cure Technology with machines developed inhouse itself.
The 1st pair of tyres, retreaded in our new Factory located at Gamharia, Jamshedpur and has been delivered to our esteemed customer on trial basis.
The tyre which has a payload capacity of 240 tonnes is 12ft. in dia with NSD equivalent to that of a new tyre and weighs approximately 3.5 tonnes (along with casing).
